About SCCOOKIES
SCCOOKIES is a custom cookie micro-bakery based in Nashville, TN. Each cookie is baked from scratch and decorated to order for your celebrations. We pride ourselves on providing high-quality, handcrafted cookies made with love and attention to detail. Thank you for choosing SCCOOKIES to sweeten your special occasions!
Order Process
Submitting Your Order: Once you submit your order form, we will review your request and contact you to confirm your order and provide the total price.
Design Finalization: Upon confirmation, we will finalize any requested designs and begin baking your custom cookies.
Response Time: We strive to respond to all inquiries as soon as possible. However, please allow some time for a response, especially during busy baking periods.
Note: By confirming your order, you agree to pay the full amount listed in your order confirmation.
Order Time
Minimum Notice: Orders must be placed at least one week in advance. We do not accept orders with less than one week’s notice.
Planning Ahead: To ensure we can provide the best possible service, we recommend placing orders as far in advance as possible. Orders with shorter notice may not be accommodated.
Pickup Location and Timing
Pickup Details: Upon order confirmation, we will provide the address for pickup and arrange a pickup time that works best for you. If your cookies are needed by a specific time, please include this information in your order form.
Freshness: If you cannot pick up your order on the designated day, we can individually bag the cookies to keep them fresh for up to two weeks.
Note: At this time, we do not offer delivery services.
Payment
Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Venmo, cash, and checks.
Full Payment: Payment in full is required no later than the time of pickup.
Pricing: Cookie pricing is based on the category selected. Orders must meet the minimum requirement of one dozen cookies. Once the minimum is met, you can order additional cookies in any quantity (e.g., 13, 50, 100).
Allergies and Intolerances
Allergy Notice: We currently do not offer gluten-free or dairy-free options. If you have other allergen concerns, please contact us before placing your order.
Liability: By submitting your order form, you accept full responsibility for any allergens or intolerances related to the cookies.
Note: All cookies are handcrafted at a private residence that is exempt from state licensing and inspection under Tennessee’s cottage law.
Care and Responsibility
Once cookies are handed off to you, they become your responsibility. Please handle them with care to ensure they arrive safely at your celebration. SCCOOKIES is not liable for damage that occurs after pickup.
