Hey there! I’m Sarah-Catherine Martin — SC, Scat, or just the cookie-obsessed girl who makes edible art for life’s sweetest moments.
I’ve been a maker my whole life (sewing, needlepoint, baking — you name it), but my cookie story started as a holiday hobby with my mom in high school. Fast-forward: Now I’m living my best double life pursuing physical therapy and cookie designer.
Ole Miss alum (Hotty Toddy!) with a doctorate from Belmont, Nashville born and raised — I’m also overly invested in reality TV, daydream in Pantone colors, and believe every celebration needs two things: perfect cookies and a little frosting magic.

During grad school, I officially made SCCOOKIES a business and moved back home to bake alongside my mom.
2021
SCCOOKIES takes off! What started as a way to post my creations in college quickly turned into paid orders—first in my college kitchen, then everywhere else.
2018
My mom decides to learn cookie decorating, and by the end of my senior year of high school, we’d perfected the ultimate cookie recipe.

My baking obsession begins—thanks to neighborhood Christmas cookies and baking camps (shoutout to donut week!).
